Michelle Delker is the founder and CEO of The William Stanley Group, a leading strategic tax and executive advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida. She launched the firm in 2022 to bring high-impact, executive-level financial strategy to high-growth organizations. The firm helps clients improve financial performance, optimize operations, and support sustainable growth, delivering an average return of $1.5 million for every $100,000 invested.

Michelle is a licensed CPA with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. She began her career at a $700M GE affiliate, where she developed a strong operational finance foundation, and later served as CFO of a $300M skilled nursing enterprise, leading major financial transformations across debt structure, systems, and margin strategy.

In 2025, she acquired Craft & Company, CPAs, a respected Tampa-based tax firm with a 40-year legacy. The acquisition brought tax compliance and advisory services in-house, allowing the firm to offer a full suite of solutions to business owners seeking the strategic structure needed to scale.

Michelle holds degrees from Simpson College and The University of Tampa and earned a Strategic CFO Certificate from Wharton Executive Education. She currently serves as treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County Board of Directors and as a board member for the University of Tampa Alumni Association. She is also an active member of the AICPA.

In 2024, The William Stanley Group was named Start-Up Small Business of the Year by the Tampa Bay Chamber, and Michelle was recognized as a Women Who Win finalist by Tampa Bay Business and Wealth. In 2025, she was named the Women Who Win Financial Services category winner.
