Nicole Mulrooney serves as Senior Manager, Operations & Growth at The William Stanley Group, bringing structure, momentum, and disciplined execution to the firm’s most complex initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating executive operations, she plays a central role in ensuring the firm scales with clarity, consistency, and intention.

In her role, Nicole oversees operational execution across the firm—bridging strategy and implementation to ensure initiatives move forward seamlessly. From systems and vendor coordination to firmwide projects and growth enablement, she is known for her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems decisively, and keep people, process, and priorities aligned. Her work enables leadership to remain focused on high-impact advisory while the infrastructure beneath it operates flawlessly.

Before joining the firm, Nicole founded Relocate Tampa Bay, where she oversaw all aspects of operations, marketing, finance, and client experience. Her entrepreneurial background strengthened her ability to operate with ownership, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for execution at scale.

Previously, Nicole held senior coordination and project roles at Pine Services Group and the Tampa Bay Partnership, supporting C-suite leaders and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked in analyst and project management roles at Thrivent Financial, Target Corporation, and Kroll Ontrack—developing a data-driven approach to operational improvement that continues to inform her work today.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (emphasis in Finance) from St. Cloud State University. She is skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and fluent across modern collaboration tools including Asana, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspaces.
